Everyone we had contact from the company was very professional and friendly. They did a great job removing 1 large and 2 smaller trees, grinding down the stumps and cleanup. County Tree II came out after a big storm took out 2 of my mothers huge trees. They gave us a very fair quote. Theirs was the best we received that day. They came out the next day and removed most of the damage. My mother has a beautiful garden with many statues, plants and yard art. They were very careful with all of her plants and yard art. They came back the following day and cleaned up the remaining damage storm damage. I know they were very busy with different jobs in the neighborhood since the storm took out dozens of trees throughout several streets. I sourced quotes from several tree cutting companies, and County Tree II, was the best price, and they are Veteran friendly. For most reviews that would likely be sufficient. However, I would like to add that I was very impressed with the whole experience. They showed up with a lot of advanced/cutting edge (no pun intended) equipment . I wish I had taken photos to show you to explain what I meant.. but it was very impressive. They confirmed the work order and strategized with me and asked my preferences and were willing to accommodate my asks to ensure I was happy with the results. I had one massive tree removal with a stump grind, and another tree that needed to be surgically trimmed to prevent a possible branch collapse. When it came time to grind the stump, they used a very cool looking "mars rover" type of vehicle that was remote controlled. It had a massive spinning blade on it, and was very cool to watch! One other thing that blew me away was that afterwards how meticulous they were on removing all the debris. I am a gardener also, and they were able to leave behind a good amount of mulch for me to use around my garden beds. They were able to deposit the mulch where I needed it without leaving a mess on the property. The crew was family friendly, and left me feeling really good about my decision to go with them. This neighbor has no right to my/our private road. This company did not ask for permission to use our road to access the back of the neighbors property. The company tore down trees and brush on my next door neighbors property in order to gain access to the other neighbors property. My next door neighbor and I both told them they are trespassing. Again, this is private property. Just because it is a road, doesn't mean it is public. We pay for the maintenance of the road personally (not in taxes). This company did not seek permission to be there. The neighbor whom does not have access to the road should not have told this company it was okay without our/my consent. However, the company is lacking in due diligence and should have known this is a private road and they are trespassing. There were 3 signs at the front of our road. Now there are 2. The company knocked down the Stop sign alerting people they are not to enter the road. It is a small road, these large trucks are too big to fit on the road. Instead of fixing the sign, they took it with them to avoid conflict. So also theft. We did not know it was gone until they left. They also filled in a drainage ditch (swale) in order to access the property where they were cutting down trees. I called at least 3 times after they left for them to unclog the swale, and I know my neighbor also called. The receptionist kept saying they were coming "today" but never did.
